  Affidavit----Lunacy The State of Texas, No. 19108 vs Ola Engleman County of Harris, To the Honorable Judge of the County Court of Harris County, Texas: Now comes Mrs. F. F. Anderson, who being duly sworn says that she has reason to believe and does believe that Ola Engleman is a person of unsound mind or is insane: "that the said Ola Engleman has been an inhabitant of the State of Texas for at least six months immediately preceding the making of this petition; *or is dangerous by reason of her insanity if left at large; *or provision satisfactory to the Board of Control will be made for her support and maintenance; and that the said Ola Engleman is not now being held on a criminal charge. Wherefore, the said Mrs. F. F. Anderson prays the County Judge of Harris County that a hearing be had to determine whether or not the said Ola Engleman should be committed to and confined in an institution for the custody and treatment of the insane or mentally ill; and that if the said Ola Engleman be found to be insane or suffering from mental illness by the court, that Ola Engleman be committed to and confined in an institution for the custody of the insane or mentally ill persons.   The State of Texas, County of Harris You are hereby commanded to take the body of Ola Engleman and her safely keep, that you have her before the Honorable, the County Court in and for the County aforesaid, in the City of Houston, pending further orders of this court 19__, at ___o'clock___M, to answer the State of Texas on a charge of lunacy. Herein fail not under penalty of the law, and have you then and there this writ. Witness: R. H. Spencer, Judge of said Court and the seal thereof, at office in the City of Houston, this the 5th day of February, 1932.
