Born in Atlanta, she moved to Clearwater in 1952 from Hampton Beach, N.H., and to Tampa in 1998. She was a member of Union Street United Methodist Church, Clearwater. Survivors include two daughters, Barbara A. Thompson and Elizabeth M. "Betsy" Cook, both of Lutz; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
