  Hi Geoff and Cathy,
A brief history of my family: After serving 3 years in the Army, I used the GI bill to go to college. I graduated from Wentworth Institute in Boston in 1959. I eventually moved to Connecticut to take a job with the Electric Boat division of General Dynamics here in Groton. They make submarines, including the Nautilus, the first nuclear powered sub. I retired in 1999 after 35 years.
I married my first wife, Mary Ann, in 1960. We had 3 kids together: Anne Marie, born in 1963, Rick, born in 1964, and Alan, born in 1967. After the kids left the nest Mary Ann and I divorced in 1987. Two years later I married by second wife, Mary, who had two kids aged 13 and 9 from her first marriage. They, too, are now out on their own.
Anne Marie has 3 girls: Kellianne, Kristin, and Caisie. Kristin is now pregnant with my first great-grandchild. They all live within 30 miles of me. Rick has 2 teenage boys: Ricky and Steven, and lives here in Montville. Alan visited Virginia Beach after high school, fell in love with place, and decided to go to school at Old Dominion University, where he graduated in 1991. He is now married and lives in Richmond, Va, and has a 2 year old son, who is now kind of special. You see, Alan was always fascinated with the story of my great-grandfather who changed his name to join the Confederate Army in the Civil War (that's the story my father told me), and was in communications with Mary Ann Stanley when she was doing her research. So when his son was born he named him Brodie Pray Wilson. To my knowledge, he is the only descendent in the Wilson family that will carry on our ancestral name.
Geoff, the only pictures I have of Fronie are the same ones you have from Mary Ann. For some reason, I could not open the files with the pictures you sent me of your family. Please try again.
Cathy, from your father's story of my grandfather, James, I now understand why my mother never mentioned him. I do not know where in Ireland either grandparent came from. I do know that Nana Concannon did die shortly after I moved to Connecticut in 1964.
Dick Wilson Summerville, S.C. - Richard L. Wilson of Summerville, S.C., and Freedom, N.H., passed away on July 8, 2016.

He was the first and last chairman of the Montville Harvest Festival.
