He is survived by a son, Preston of Plant City; two daughters, Barbara Riles of Plant City and Sandra Higdon of Clearwater; a stepdaughter, Annette Dell Austin of Lakeland; four brothers, Willard of Plant City, Owen and William, both of Gainesville and Rudolph of Hunnington, Va.; a sister, Frances E.
