Note:   (Research):Carentha Wynn (1821-1906) - spelled Emarintha Wynn on marrieage certificate to Samuel Tilley, 4 mar 1850, Thomas Co., GA. [Marriage Bk. H., p. 30] Bartley gave Carentha Tilley $100.oo in his will because she obviously had no children. In the 1850 Thomas Census, Samuel Tilley is 50 years old; Corintha is 26; children are 14, 13, 11, 4, 2. these could not be Carintha's children because she had just married Samuel. Carintha W. Tilley was buried in the Union Grove Prim. Bapt. Ch. Cem., E. side of SR 93 on Pelham Rd. from Cairo, GA. Her tomb says she was born in 1821, died 1906. Also buried there were R.D. Tilley (1908-1910) and Rean Tilley (1853-1914).
