He was a equipment operator for C&F Industries in Zephyrhills, a Army veteran of World War II and member of the American Legion in Orlando. He is survived by a son, Mario of Panama Canal; four sisters, Pearl Lester of Brooksville, Annie Mason, Norma Plescia and Alice Fernandez, all of Tampa; and three grandchildren.
