  There is a Donie Knecht living in Chelsea, Ward 3, Suffolk County, Massachusetts on the 1900 U.S. Census. She was born about November 1877 in Germany and lives by herself. She is married and has been married for 6 months. She immigrated in 1888.
  Emigrated in 1888 according to the 1900 U.S. Census. Her maiden name may be Hertzsch. Her mother may be living in Chelsea in 1900, with who would presumably be Antonia's sister. The mothers name is Wilhemina. The Hertzsch information came from the California death certificate of a William Jacob Knecht.
