Letter of July 21,1980: Beulah or Linda, in the records that Aunt Grace had
written down and after her death Wayne or Rowland sent a copy to Nettie. It's
also same as she gave to June (Uncle Emmitts daughter.) What Aunt Grace gave
about C. W. Charles William Glass as her Grandpa and His wife Nancy Miller
Glass-I started to put what Sam James sent me on forms to try to get
Glass-Masons on down into a family history using the larger form. But I saw
at once there was a conflict of dates and he has C. W. Glass parents as Andrew
Glass and wife Namcy Miller Glass. If C. W. Glass and wifer were grandma
Mason's prents, then wer Andrew and Buena vista Wilson parents of Aunt Emma and
all her brothers and sisters? (yes) Will one of you call and talk to Aunt Lena
and get the straight of it for me. As I've said before I don't want anything
but the way it was. Please don't tll her what I have is what Sam James sent.
What he sent was as he had been told. I was very disappointed that he and Fern
didn't fill out their family forms. she sent what I fixed to try to get the
family history for Fern and she sent it to Sam and this on other side is what
he sent back. This was in '78. Jessie Cash Baily send some forms back filled
in very nicely and I'll send you a copy of Aunt Nina's family. I'm trying
along with all the sickness to complete all I have in a form of understanding
as to what it is. I am getting no younger and its getting harder for me to
write anymore.
