Note: John K. Whisner was killed by a hit-and-run driver one mile west of Great Cacapon,W.Va. near Paw Paw,W.Va. on Route 9, between 10:00 & 11:00 pm on Saturday September 13,1969. He was struck by four or five other cars because of lack of knowing he was in the road. Services were conducted at Helsley funeral home by Rev. Carl Pittman.
