a. Note:   Burried at Lake Park Cemetery, Youngstown, Ohio. Census data of June 1, 1900 stated Addison was living in Montesano, Washington, with J.C. Smith. Census data of April 15, 1910 states he was a 28 year old laborer living in Montesano Precinct, County of Chehalia, Washington, with place of birth as Minnesota in 1881, still living at the home of J.C. Smith. Addison must have come to West Union soon thereafter, as he and Nancy Haught were married Dec. 20, 1910, and Waneta was born Oct 23, 1911. Unknown, but likely, that J.C. Smith was the same J.C. Smith who later operated a funeral home in West Union. Addison always told his son Armand that his only living relative not descended from him was a cousin, Edith M. Weeden, whose address was 10 Guernsey Street, Norwich, New York.
