Note: Susan had broken her hip at her home on Feb. 24, 1995 and had the hip joint replaced by surgery that same night in St. Joseph's hospital. She went through physical therapy exercises at the hospital and at the Harmony Nursing home for several weeks and spent about two days at Kathy's home. She returned to the Harmony Home for additional therapy but, on March 31 she had a stroke. She died on April 10, 1995 at 8:05 PM in the St. Joseph Hospice.
