It appears that Mathias Jr. ended up in Albany. Peter was in Pittsfield, MA.
It appears that Elizabeth's family immigrated in 1854 according to the 1900 census for who I believe is her brother Peter living in Pittsfield, MA.

Looking for info on the Lasch family that left Beaufort, Lux. in 1847. The family originated in Nusbaum, Germany. They settled in NY Mass. I have quite a bit of info for the states but am seeking info about the family in Luxembourg and Germany.
I found a "Mathias LASH" on the 1870 Pittsfield, Berkshire, MA census with wife Margaret. It says he was born in Wurtemburg.
