a. Note:   George A Logue was a wheelmaker in Ireland. His family (sons) came to Valley County, Idaho around 1900. John, Fred, and Tom Logue were their names. John and Fred went to Thunder City in 1901 or 1902 to build their store. Tom homesteaded a place. Jessie Pearl and Josie came together in 1903.
 An uncle (don't know who) had gone to Alaska in the Gold Rush. Finding nothing that suited him, he came back through Valley County, Idaho (gold found at Thunder Mountain), then went back east and told his family what a beautiful land he had found. That was when the Logue boys decided to go west.
 George A died at the home of John and Jessie at Cascade. Jessie took care of him in his last days. He is buried at Crown Point Cemetary at Cascade (by the reservoir).
