Arty supposedly thought he was a faith healer. The family does not like to talk about him. It was rumored that he was in the FBI or CIA and was a secret agent. Family lore says that he was supposedly shot while out of state, and that a Mexican's body was actually in the coffin,instead of him. His mother continued to get flowers on her birthday each year, and thought they were from him. So she went to look for him, and swore she spotted him, long enough for their eyes to meet,and for her to know in her heart that he was okay. I wonder if he was in the witness protection program or something?
