a. Note:   DER HERRIST MEIN FELS (the Lord is my rock). Berg comes from Old High German Berg and old Norse Bjarg both meant "hill or mountain". Most of the ZumBerge's in Germany were serving the congregations of the Lutheran Churches. Will continue to search for data in Germany.
 Johann Heinrich zum Berge came from Hannover and served the congregation at Jembke 1778-1798, (Ev.-Luth Pfarrramt, 3181 Jembke) (Thanks to Irmgard von Schmeling for translating).
