Note:   Moses moved to EEL River at an early age. His father William received a Land Patent dated April 30, 1813 for Sec. 32 of Twp. 4 in range 5 between the Greater Miami River and the Virginia Reservation. Moses lived 1st in Union County, SC then Ohio in 1803. Then settled in Wayne County, Indiana.Moses and Hannah migrated to Ohio about 1803 and located West of Dayton on the Little Miami River. After a few years they moved to Wayne County, Indiana. It was a little NW of where Washington now stands and settled on the Martindale Creek. Hannah died there and he then married Margaret (Robbins) Izzard, a widow, on the 27 October 1825. He is buried at Chili, Miami County, Indiana.
