Note: Hospital in Camarillo, California. She had been taken to the hospitalby ambulance on the 16 of December 1998 with chest pains and shortnessof breath. She was diagnosed as having fluid in her lungs. That wascured but her heart was badly damaged and only one valve wasoperating. She suffered no pain once the lungs were cleared.
Note: She died peacefully in the Extended Care Annex of Pleasant Valley
