"A petition of Abraham Swartz one of the children of Jacob Swartz deceased .... in 1759..... Intestate leaving a widow Katherine and eleven children viz: Jacob Sophia, wife of David Marsh, Elizabeth, wife of Leonard Groninger, Susannah, wife of Henry Van Pool, Margaret and the Petitioner all of Age and George John Katherine Mary and Philip under age........."
