The Court held that the will of the said testator was spoliated or destroyed by said Testator during his lifetime and with the intention of revoking the same. Probate denied. I had Thomas McCoy birth at April 10, 1777 but info from a bible record gave a new date. His family moved from Md. or Va. to Ohio in the early 1800's.
