 He was about 10 years of age when he emigrated to America with his parents
 and brother John Crist. He first settled in Lancaster County, Pa., where
 he married Mary K. Elizabeth Mahle (German: Mahl), born in Hesse Cassel,
 Prussia. On November 23, 1799. John George and his wife moved to Stark
 Co., Ohio, where their first child, George M. was born in 1827. (John
 George is my Great, Great, Great, Grandfather)
