Note: Nicely. It would be necessary to speak with her (June) to determine any morespecifics. Immediate family called her 'Bessie' or 'Bessy'; her children knew heras Betty. There exists a picture of her (a copy in my possession);that shows her with her brother Johnnie LaHoud; her mother BridgetLaHoud; her father Elias LaHoud; her older sisters Martha andElizabeth. Mother must have been about 3 to 5 years of age at thetime; therefor dating the picture to about 1905 to 1907. At one time in the early 1970's mother related that upon dad's death,the McCartney's contrived through one means or another to(successfully) wrest the family home away for her (us). I do not knowany of the particulars; however, it would appear that this caused arift in the families. We had little contact with the families sincedad's death.
