a. Note:   MARY MAGDALINE NINEMIRES CURTIS born Aug 19, 1844, died Jan 27, 1917. Married to Samuel Ninemires in 1860. To the union 13 children. Two children and husband preceded the mother. There are 7 sons living all at the time of the funeral and attended but Fred who is somewhere in the north. Those present: Henry of Gallatin, James of Concordia, Ks., Jesse of Pattonsburg, Elvis of Pattonsburg, George of Iowa, John of Jameson. The daughters, four; Mrs. Alice Fredricks of San Francisco, Mrs. Lizzie Shy of Iowa, Mrs. Margaret Ryan of Pattonsburg and Mrs. Ida Frazier of Pattonsburg. A total of 67 grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mrs. Ninemires married A.H. Curtis a few years after Mr. Ninemires death. He passed away soon and she went back to using the name of Ninemires.
