  Died at the age of 71.
  According to the 1900 Census, Charles was born in Dec 1877 and listed as 22 years old. However, a death/funeral notice for him from a Junction, Texas newspaper dated 1951 lists his date of birth as December 26, 1876. This is the date on his gravestone and also the date provided fo rthe article in the book, "Families of Kimble County".
