a. Note:   Died in my mother's (Sandra Louise) arms when my mom was 16 years old. Was living with Grandpa and Grandma Royse at the time. Many stories of mistreatment toward my grandmother.
  My mom and aunt called her Grandma Duke. Duke was her dogs name.
