a. Note:   Was brought to daughter's (Sandra) home in Jan. 1999 due to terminal illness, to be near family & for care. He passed away in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was then sent back to his hometown of Toledo, Ohio where he was buried at Ottawa Hills Cemetary in Sylvania, Ohio alongside his second wife Clara Wilson according to his wishes. He was loved dearly by his children & grandchildren. He was a kind & loving father. James was a truck driver until he retired. He moved to Toledo with his family as a boy from KY. He lost his mother at abt the age of 15yrs old. His father then remarried.
