Note: . Was accused and sentenced to prison for the death of a Revenue agent. He was sent to a minimun security prison, from which he escaped, or was let escape it depends on which version you want to believe. He went to California and lived a quiet life until he ran a stop sign and was returned to prison. He was pardoned by sending in contributions to the Governor's political campaign fund, so said my grandmother. He died alone living in a trailer, not far from family but far enough it seems.
