Note: re County. He was baptized at 1st Lutheran Church but converted to Catholicism on May 12,1912. He married Mary Anne Riddle on October 11,1913. Census reports also list that he was a maintenance man. The 1920 census states that he lived on Furness Bridge Road in Elkridge in their early marriage. Henry George and Mary Anne had seven children and lived on a farm on Montgomery Road in Ellicott City. In 1952, Henry George and Mary Anne got a divorce. Henry George married a second time. Virginia Layner born April 5,1899 and died in 1977 was a widow with three children. Her father was George Layner. Henry George is buried at Woodstock at Meadow Ridge Cemetery.
