Cope 1956) Mr.& Mrs. George Massey and family also travelled to Port Carling at the same time from Nissouri, near London Ontario. George Massey was a brother of Mrs. Roger Mahon(Anne Massey)The families settled on farms at opposite ends of the village. The Mahons & Massey's were principle movers in establishing the Orange Lodge in Port Carling in 1885 ( History of the Village Port Carling 1956/L.M. Cope) Roger Mahon died in Toronto, Ontario hospital July 18, 1910 due to having Colin cancer (unconfirmed)
