Note: There is a story in the family that he ran away from home over a disagreement with his Father selling a horse he felt was his and they never heard of him again. His brother, James, named one of his son's, Miner Adolpheus, after him. Note: Adolpheus is with his parents on the 1880 census. I can't find him after that.
