a. Note:   Obituary of Norman R. Barringer Norman R. Barringer, 65, Bairdstown, died at 7:05 p.m. Tuesday in Wood County Hospital, Bowling Green, of an apparent heart attack.
  He was born Feb. 2, 1913 in Bairdstown to Charles and Mary (Stahl) Barringer. On Aug. 22, 1932, he married Bessie Mathias. She died in 1963.
  Surviving are six daughters, Mrs. Wilbur (Violet) Moore, Grove Springs, Mo.; Mrs. Richard (Betty) Stoneburner, Apopka, Fla.; Mrs. Pete (Norma) Lopez and Mrs. Al (Joyce) Bretz, both of North Baltimore; Mrs. William (Mary Lee) Kitchen, Pacific, Mo.; Mrs. Larry (Dorothy) Ferguson, Holland; four sons, Robert, Grove Springs, Mo.; Richard, Bairdstown; James, Fostoria; Norman Jr., Newport News, Va.; 46 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Mrs. Lola Loe, Portage; Mrs. Cleo VanScoder, North Baltimore; Mrs. Pauline Hummel, Bairdstown.
  Mr. Barringer was a self-employed carpenter. He retired in 1974. Funeral services will be Friday at 2 p.m. in Paden Funeral Home, North Baltimore, the Rev. Paul Eichar officiating. Burial will be in Weaver Cemetery, near Bairdstown.
  Visitation at the funeral home will be after 2 p.m. Thursday.
