a. Continued:   Kennedy Brown Bailey entered the employ of Eugene R Grasselli as a bookkeeper, after graduation from Woodward High School, and was transferred to Cleveland as Treasurer about the time he was first married, residing at 55 Hamilton St, just back of the Grasselli mansion, at 201 St Clair Street. After the death of his first wife, his sister, Mary Jane Skinner, with husband and son, moved from Cincinnati to Cleveland to keep house for him and his son until after his second marriage. In 1885 he became Vice President & Director of the Grasselli Chemical Co., in which connection he remained until he passed away. Not robust from childhood on, nevertheless he took care of the responsibilities incidental thereto, and, in addition was a Director of the Broadway Savings & Trust Co., and Woodland Av. Savings & Trust Company.
