  Funeral services will be at the Newman Funeral Chapel in Oskaloosa Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. for Jay E. Cook, Sr., 65, of 1831 Cornwall Avenue, who died Saturday morning at University Hospitals, Iowa City, of respiratory failure after a short illness. He and his wife were proprietors of Cook's Lunch on Falls Avenue.
  Mr. Cook was born in Oskaloosa on July 1, 1902. He married Freda B. Nevins on May 16, 1922, at Oskaloosa. They moved to Waterloo in January, 1951 and have been in the restaurant business here since that time.
  Mr. Cook is survived by his wife and three sons: Fred Cook, Cedar Rapids, Jay E. Cook, Jr, 630 Easton Avenue., Waterloo, Iowa, and Bob of Marshalltown, IA.
