Mrs. Freda B. Cook, age 75, of 112 Legion St., died on Tuesday, June 6, 1978 at a Madison Nursing Home. She was born February 3, 1903 in Iowa. She was the former Freda Nevins.
Survivors include three sons, Ted, Ventura, California; Jay E., 4521 Pawnee Pass, Madison; Bob, 18 Brompton Circle, Madison; 10 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jay, in 1968.
Funeral services were held at the Newman Funeral Home, Oskaloosa, Iowa at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 10. Burial was in Forest Cemetery. The Joyce Funeral Home, 5701 Odana Rd., was in charge of arrangements.
