Joshua married Dolly Arminda Curtis who was an older s ist er to Elisabeth's husband Jonathan Curtis. Joshua's son Alexande r marr ied Dolly and Jonathan's younger sister Lucinda. It is possibl e that J oshua's father Alexander is buried here also as it appears th at he wa s living with Joshua in the 1840 census. Joshua married a wom an name d Martha Evans.
