Note: Nursing Home, following an extended illness. She worked at the Lamplighter Restaurant, Country Skillet, McCarthy's Pharmacy, and most recently, Milcrest Nursing Home. A devoted wife, most magnificent mother and proud grandmother, she enjoyed singing duets with her husband at church as well as performing solos in the church choir and at family functions. She was born Nov. 8, 1933, in Miami County, to the late Grover and Rebecca Cron Kingery. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by six brothers, Berkley, Grove, Herman, Kenneth, Bernard and Donald Kingery; and two sisters, Hazel Garrett and Audrey Corn. She married Mark LaVern Mathys August 23, 1952, at the Marysville Friends Church and he survives. Also surviving are their children,Rebecca L. Mathys of Marysville, Mark S. (Julie) Mathys of Raymond, Heidi W. (Herb) Orahood of Raymond and Tyler G. Mathys of Marysville; grandchildren, Carl M. (Karen) Coe, Carrie (Steve) Ault, Carla (Ray Faulk) Coe, Christina Mathys, Holly, Haley and Heather Orahood and Ashton Mathys; great-grandchildren, Michael, Colin, Ava, and Charlie Coe, Lily and Like Ault, Sarah Coe, Carrie Beth Wertz, Isabella and Sophie Coe, and Ashley Faulk; and a brother, Thurman (Veronica) Kingery of Idaho. Calling hours will be Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home where funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday. The Rev. Carroll Mathys will officiate. Burial will follow at Raymond Cemetery. Pall bearers will be Mark Mathys, Tyler Mathys, Carl M. Coe, Ray Faulk, Herb Orahood, and Denny Mathys.
