  Lena Tucker dies at age 103
  Services for Mrs. Lena Tucker, 103, Cassville, who died at 10:15pm Monday, April 25, 1983, at an Aurora nursing home, where she had been a patient five years, will be at 2pm Friday at Axley's Culver Chapel in Cassville. Rev. Ken Mathes and Rev. Loren Wolfe will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, near Butterfield. The family will receive friends after 7pm Thursday at the funeral home. Mrs. Tucker was born January 2, 1880, near Exeter and had resided most of her life in Barry County. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Cassville and in earlier years, has been active in the United Methodist Women. She was a member of W.P.F.A., Cassville. Her husband, James Tucker, died April 7, 1956. Surviving are three sons, Burl Tucker, Cassville, Thomas Tucker, Dallas, and Johnnie Tucker, Exeter; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Higgs, Cassville and Mrs. Ruth Reams, Nampa, ID; 19 grandchildren, 54 great-grandchildren, 51 great-great-grandchildren, three great-great-great-grandchildren.
