Note: There is a discrepancy on the origin of this family. Some say the parents of William J Davidson are Mary Finch and Jonah Davidson. Others say the parents are Sarah born in NC in 1801 and unknown Davidson. There is also a discrepancy on the children of this union...I dont necessarily subscribe to either notion...as I lack proof for either. But with that, I also haven't discarded any of the information.
