Note: , about 5 ft. with dark hair. He was a test room supervisor for AT&T in Salt Lake City, Utah during much of his life. He saw service in WWI for some months before the war ended. He enlisted 9 Jan 1918. He met his wife 2 June 1918 (according to his diary) in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania where she was working a a telegraph operator. He too was a certified telegraph operator. He saw action in France and Germany and Algeria. An enthusiastic "Discharged!" on 5 June 1919 noted in his Bible. He married Hilda Boleky at St. Marks Episcopal Cathedral in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was a Mason of the Knights Templar order at the time of his rather early death due to coronary artery disease.
