His son Eduoard isliving two houses away. * Need to check the 1860 census of Jones County, Mississippi pages393-395. Gramme's book by Elsie Rhilda Gatlin Pace shows him here at that time. Also need to find him in the 1870 census. * He served in Herbert's Brigade during the seige of Vicksburg, wherehe was wounded and captured.
