He is survived by two children by a former marriage and a two month-old child which he and Mrs. Rainbolt had left with friends in Pecos; four brothers, Sherman Rainbolt of Ft. Worth, Hugh L. and Luther Rainbolt of San Saba and Sam Worth of Burnett, and a sister Mrs. Ted Weala (Wesala) of Pennsylvania.
