  The Noble County Leader Wednesday, June 25, 1919 Mrs Richard Cleary aged seventy-five years, a widely known resident of near Whigville, died at her home last Thursday midnight following a prolonged illness from cancer. She is survived by her husband and a number of children. The funeral was held Saturday and interment made in the Mt. Ephraim cemetery.
  The Noble County Leader Wednesday, June 25, 1919 Miss Carrie Cleary, of Kansas City, MO, Ansel Cleary, of Cleveland, Ohio, and Frank Yatesman and wife and Miss Mary Cleary, of San Antonio, Texas, were recently called to near Whigville by the critical illness of their mother, Mrs. John Cleary.
