Ernest Gregory Ferguson, of Johnstown CO, was born on May 26, 1968. He passed away at his home on December 7, 2017, at the age of 49. A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, February 10, at 10:30 A.M. in the Whitt Funeral Home Chapel. Ernie attended Comanche Public Schools. He joined the US Army in August, 1986, and was honorably discharged in August, 1989. He was employed as a truck driver for Vestas Manufacturing. He loved riding his Harley and shooting guns with friends and family. Most of all, he loved his family. He was a consistent presence in the lives of his loved ones. He was preceded in death by his wives, Anne Ferguson and Mary O'Shea Ferguson; and his mother, Marthe Jayne Ferguson. He is survived by his sons, Brian Van Dusen and Gregory Ferguson, both of Colorado; his father, Lyndel Ferguson, of Burleson TX; his brother, Nickolas and spouse Allison Ferguson, of Burleson; his nephews, Joseph Ferguson and Alex Ferguson; his niece, Payten Ferguson, and many other family members and friends.
