Paul Meyer, 74, of Midland, died Sept. 12, in a local hospital. Services at Resthaven Memorial Park. Ellis Funeral Home. He was born Nov. 4, 1928 to Fred and Doris Meyer in Burkburnett. He married Cordie Keel on Sept. 9, 1969 in Conroe and served in the US Army Air Corps during World War II. He worked in the oilfield as a driller and tool pusher until his retirement. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and a sister. He is survived by three daughters, Paulette Day of Midland, Cindy LaRue of Odessa, and Paula Maxwell of Farmington NM; one son, Terry Meyer of Bridgeport TX, nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
