  Graduated from the University of Tulsa in 1961 with a BS in Physics.
  Dohnie worked for Shell Oil Company in several management positions until he left to become Vice President of Production for Damson Oil Corporation. He was Executive Vice President when Damson was sold in 1991. He is now an independent oil man in Montgomery (Houston) TX.

  William Truman “Dohnie / Bill” Ouzts, 82, died at his home in Decatur GA on September 7, 2015. He married the late Barbara Jean McKinney Ouzts inTulsa OK in 1953. He is survived by his daughter, Stephanie Sue Ouzts Davage, grandsons, DJ Davage and William “Blake” (Lindsay) Davage, and a granddaughter Catherine Colleen “Kasey” Davage, and a great grandson, James Owen Davage, his twin brother, Johnie Melvin (Waunette) Ouzts, Tucson AZ, brother, H. C. (Sharon) Ouzts, Sandy UT, and sister, Carolyn Joy Ouzts (Don Merle - deceased) Robinson, Duncan OK, and several nieces and nephews. William was called "Dohnie" to go with his twin "Johnie" until he entered the Army, at 18. Since that time he has been "Bill". Bill worked for Shell Oil Company in several management positions until he left to become Vice President of Production for Damson Oil Corporation. He was Executive Vice President when Damson was sold in 1991. He was then an independent oil producer in Montgomery (Houston) TX, before retirement to Atlanta GA to be near his daughter and grandchildren. He was cremated. A.S.   William "Bill" Truman Ouzts, affectionately known as Grandaddy, of Decatur GA passed away Monday, September 7, 2015. A loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend, he lived a full, adventurous, and eventful life. He was born on September 1, 1933, with his twin brother Johnie, in Devol OK. He was an Eagle Scout, served in the U.S. Army, graduated from the University of Tulsa with a degree in Engineering Physics, and had a long and successful career in the oil industry - with Shell Oil Company for more than 20 years and retired as Executive VP and member of the Board of Directors for Damson Oil Company in Houston TX. He is survived by his loving daughter, Stephanie Davage, his grandchildren, DJ Davage, Blake Davage and his wife Lindsay Davage, and Kasey Davage, and his great-grandson Owen Davage. He is also survived by his twin brother Johnie and his wife Waunette and their 3 children, his brother HC and his wife Sharon and their 3 children, and his sister Carolyne Robinson and her husband Don Robinson (deceased) and their 3 children. A memorial service will be held at A.S. Turner and Sons on Saturday, September 12, 2015 at 2:00 PM in Decatur GA. The family welcomes family and friends beginning at 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to the American Heart Association. A.S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory. He had a flag flown over the US Capital in his honor. His daughter, Stephanie now has his flag.
