C. Ouzts 5513 Information Bessie Pearl Fogle Ouzts Bible Henry Maben married twice, his first wife was Sarah J. Ward. I found this marriage in South Fork, Fulton County, AR on the internet, along with his sister Nettie. This first marriage was never known or at least mentioned in the family and Henry was shown as a "widower" in 1900 census, causing some interest. It was not known that the Newell (Ouzts) family stopped in AR on their way to Indian Territory after leaving MS or how long they were there. His second was Bessie Pearl Fogle of Lawrence, Kansas whom he married in Indian Territory, now Oklahoma. Henry was burned to death in Texas in 1925. He died at Wichita Falls, TX and is buried at Bluejacket, OK. Henry Ouzts, 51, of the Rocky Point district, south of Electra, died in general hospital here at 5:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon as a result of burns suffered in the yard of his home on November 30 [1925]. A quantity of gasoline was spilled over the lower part of Mr. Ouzts' clothing, while he was watching a neighbor fill the gasoline tank of his automobile according to information from Electra. The clothing caught fire from a spark from the exhaust of the automobile motor, it was stated. He was rushed to the hospital here. Mr. Ouzts was an employee of the Ryan Petroleum Production Company. The body was forwarded to Bluue Jacket, Okla., by yhr Burrie-Walton Funeral Home Monday afternoon, accompanied by Mrs. Ouzts. The Wichita Falls Times, December 14, 1925. Marriage Record for Sarah J.
