Manchester MI - Karen Rose Vanderbosch, Age 73, passed away peacefully April 12, 2018 under the loving care of her family and Rose Arbor Hospice. She was born on January 8, 1945, in Tecumseh MI to Harley and Inez (England) Gilbert. Karen married the love of her life, Ken Vanderbosch, on January 15, 1999, in Jackson MI. Karen graduated from Manchester High School in 1963 then lived in Grass Lake after she married Ken. She retired from Chrysler Proving Grounds in Chelsea after many years of enjoying her work and friendships there. Her family was her treasure and she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Her Family…Karen will be missed by her daughter, Darlene (Randy) Chesney and their children Cody and Katelyn, and son Jeffrey (Melissa) Fuller and their children Collin, Andrew, Brayden and Noah, siblings Guy Gilbert, Donna (Joseph) Nagel and Mary (John) Gilmore, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband Ken in 2012, parents and sisters Wanda Gilbert and Nondus Buss.
