It is strongly believed that Jesse Ramsey was the s/o William Ramsey (b. 1776 Va) and Mary _____ (b.1776 Va). While Sarah was in ther thirties she became blind. Many of her dwscendants feel this condition was the results of glaucoma. Sarah Webb and Jesse Ramsey reared their family in the Upper Cosby section of Cocke County.
