Admited 14 February, 1912 to Ohio Soldier's and Sailor's Home, Sandusky, Erie County, Ohio. Lived in Ohio 28 years (since about 1884.) Next-of-kin Barbary Isenberg, Port Royal, Juniata County, Pennsylvania. Had been living with niece, Martha H.
