Note: Franis Haney, Born: March 30.1930 Wash, D.C. Died: July 9, 1999. She and Jim Brooks had two daughters: Nancy Rae Brooks Born: Washington, D.C. on: Feb. 14,1937 Joyce Ann Brooks Born: Washington, D.C. on: July 14, 1939 Mama died of cancer. She was the greatest mother in the world. The best sence of hummor. The best friend any daughter could ever have. She knew I was frightened easely so some time when I would come home from school she would hide in the coat closet and just say " Hi" when I would open the door. Scared the devel out of me every time she did it. She also used to throw water out the kitchen window at Nancy ( My sister) and I on those really hot summer days. She would do all sorts of thing to make us laugh. Truly the best mother you could ever ask for.
Note: Maud Was also Married to a man by the name of Pete Haney. They had a son: James
