Note: ilcoltrim, near Borris until the late 1880's when the family emigrated to Australia, shortly after Martin had emigrated to America. Other children besides Martin were Bridget, Mary, Joseph (b. 1865 or 1867), John, Ann, Alice Catherine (Kit). Joseph has a son called Joseph who lives in Australia and is nephew to Martin. the family farm in Ireland was left in the care of the Dormer family who eventually sold it to the Kelly family who now own it. A stone inscribed by Thomas Joseph 'TF' remains of the stone house and is in Borris.
